CLOSED FOR TRAINING EVERY 2 MONTHS

TARGET is a scheme that brings our city’s GPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants together every two months to learn new skills, hear about new treatments and share good practice.  We think it will mean better services all round – that is what we’re aiming for!
It means that your surgery will need to close for one afternoon every two months but we will ensure that medical care will be available when you need it.  The surgery will therefore be closed on the following afternoons but the Out of Hours service (which can be accessed by calling 111) will cover:
Wednesday 13 November
Thursday 16 January 2020
Thursday 26 March 2020

Patient Participation Group

This is a great chance to come forward with ideas on how you believe we can improve the Practices in the future.

It’s not a forum for complaints; but it’s a great opportunity for our Patients to have their say and move the Practice’s forward in making them more effective for the future.

If you would like to sign up for our PPG meetings, then please email SOCCG.almamedicalcentre@nhs.net to register your interest and we will inform you of the next meeting.
