CLOSED FOR TRAINING EVERY 2 MONTHS

TARGET is a scheme that brings our city’s GPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants together every two months to learn new skills, hear about new treatments and share good practice.  We think it will mean better services all round – that is what we’re aiming for!
It means that your surgery will need to close for one afternoon every two months but we will ensure that medical care will be available when you need it.  The surgery will therefore be closed on the following afternoons but the Out of Hours service (which can be accessed by calling 111) will cover:
Thursday 16 January 2020
Thursday 26 March 2020

From February 2019 - All New Patients will have access to On-line Services upon Registration.

New Patient Registrationregister_now_blue_sign

To register with the practice you may attend in person with your NHS card or fill in a GMS1 form at the surgery reception.

You can also print the forms and bring them into the surgery with photo ID and proof of address. They can be downloaded from the above "Registering Online" tab.

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
